I've been working on some custom baby and toddler quilts, which I love, while also using up some of my fabric stash creating some fun throws and larger quilts. I recently finished a quilt jacket for a client from a vintage quilt she had.

Hippos Baby Quilt in Light Greens, Blues, and Pinks

This handmade crib-sized quilt was created with a combination of designer, high quality, 100% cotton and high quality 100% linen fabrics. The quilt top is pieced together using the "Congo Hippos" print fabric collection, by Katy Tanis, and the "Whimsy" quilt piecing pattern, by Kristin Blanford Designs. The quilt backing is 100% fine weave super soft linen.
- Dimensions: 39" X 50"
- Quilt Top/Front: 100% cotton in the "Congo Hippos" print collection by Katy Tanis.
- Quilt Bottom/Backing: A beautiful, super soft, fine weave, medium weight linen in stone green.
- Binding: A combination of machine and hand binding using 100% medium weight linen in deep purple.
- Batting: One layer of 100% cotton batting
- Quilt piecing pattern: "Whimsy" by Kristin Blandford Designs
Washing directions: Machine wash on cold using your regular detergent. No bleach. Tumble dry low to medium heat.
